Parsley and Moran bakery and eatery opened its doors on April 4th, 2014 in Old Towne Petersburg, Virginia.  Parsley and Moran offers a wide variety of artisan breads and pastries influenced by European bakers from the nineteenth century. The fare includes sweets such as our soaked Tres Leches cake, an airy and decadent treat, Palmiers (sugar ears), Bavarian cream horns, Bread Pudding, and a myriad of fruit-filled pastries, cookies, and cakes.

 

Parsley and Moran is an eatery serving deli sandwiches on fresh-baked French rolls, croissants, and savory loaves: like Pan de Queso (Jalapeno Cheese bread) and Bolovanes (Flaky Chipotle Cheese puff pastry).  Breakfast is served all-day long. Homemade soups complete the menu.
